If you guessed Astute Solutions’ 2013 Customer Conference, then congratulations - you’re correct! Representatives from businesses of all sizes began to pour into Orlando, Florida on February 23 to take part in the most prominent annual customer relationship management conference in the United States.
Between seminars and customer case studies, conference attendees from around the world basked in the warm, happy atmosphere that permeates Orlando - fittingly, Mickey Mouse even made an appearance to celebrate the gathering!
Taking place over a span of five days, Astute Solutions employees and customers joined forces to discuss customer service issues affecting the business world. These included the growing importance of social media monitoring, customer communication and engagement, and providing a consistently welcoming customer support environment.
Special Highlight: Astute Raving Fans Customer Advocacy Group
New to the conference this year was the Client Advocacy Group, led by Astute Solutions’ own Kat Rutledge. This fresh addition to Astute Solutions aims to provide a platform for users to collaborate with one another, share best practices, and for Astute Solutions advocates to be recognized for their dedication towards improving their customers’ experiences.
To kick off Raving Fans, Kat introduced a bingo icebreaker to the festivities to encourage mingling and networking throughout the duration of the conference.
